What Do Health and Wellness Coaches Do?

Coaching Process

Initial Clarity Coaching Session:

Get clarity on your vision of life and the meaning behind well-being during our 90-minute initial coaching session. We will dig into what you want to achieve, why it’s important for you, and how you envision living your ideal life. You’ll gain a sense of clarity and excitement for your long-term vision.

Create Personal Goals That Fit Your Life Vision:

Complete 60-minute sessions to work on your goals, decide what’s working and what’s not, and manage obstacles along the way, and how to move forward in the way that works best for you. We will explore what’s important to you for success, and ensure you stay on track to achieving your long-term vision.

Ongoing Support and Celebrating Success:

I am your accountability partner and will champion your goals, reinforce success, and help you find achievement even where you thought there was none. You will see new habits become natural rituals for you. When your hard work pays off, I will help you pause to celebrate your success and determine where you want to go next on your journey.

Types of Coaching Programs

Each includes:

  • Free 30 minute consultation
  • Regular 1:1 coaching sessions
  • Support and accountability between sessions
  • Utilization of various health and wellness assessment tools
  • Resources appropriate for and desired by each client

12 week Best practice Individual Health and Wellness Coaching Program: 

  • Regularly meet 1:1 session
  • First session planned for 90 minutes
  • Five (5) 60 minute additional follow-up sessions


4-6 week individual Health and Wellness Coaching Program for those clients looking for a shorter coaching experience

  • First session planned for 90 minutes
  • Three (3) 30 minute additional follow-up sessions
  • Individual coaching sessions can be discussed and agreed upon based on consultation
  • 60 minutes in length

Regular weekly sessions in created or established groups of 6–8 individuals, 60 minute sessions based on group size, length of sessions based on group’s needs; minimum of four individuals to start a group.
