The dragonfly symbolizes change, transformation, adaptability, and self-realization. Our life’s journey is about all these things. Change and transformation are powerful things, and are possible for everyone, regardless of how big or small they seem. Change is necessary as we navigate through life toward the vision we each have for ourselves.
Contact me to set up a short consultation to discuss health and wellness coaching, what you are looking for, and if this is the right fit for you. Based on the consultation, we will decide on the best program for you and schedule an initial session to begin.
Habits and lifestyle changes take time to develop and vary from person to person. The 6 session program spans over 3 months for a best practice approach to habit changes for success. However, together we will decide on the right program for you based on both what you are looking to accomplish through coaching and where you currently are at with your own health and wellness. You may be surprised and energized at the momentum you create for yourself in just the first few sessions.
I am a Nationally Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC). I completed a National Board for Health and Wellness Coaches (NBCWC) approved coaching program through UW Stevens Point and a fellowship in health and wellness coaching with HCIactive. I have over 30 years of experience working with clients in health care through Physical Therapy, helping patients meet goals and improve their quality of life.  
Individual and group rates vary. We will discuss this information during the consultation.
If you have struggled with making lasting changes or are unsure where to start, coaching can assist you with finding clarity and creating habits that progress you towards the vision you have for yourself. During the consultation, we will determine if we are a fit to partner together to help you reach your goals.
In coaching, we address the areas that are important to you. Some examples of possible topics may include: weight loss, stress management, finding life balance, self-care strategies, creating lifelong healthy habits, healthy physical activity, prioritizing multiple goals, exploring healthy meal options, and identifying strengths.
Through our sessions, you will create clarity for your vision of well-being, create an individual roadmap to achieve your vision, create desired habits that feel more natural to you, and gain confidence with success and develop tools to self-coach.
